ONTARIO, CA, USA – Mylers Power Products, Inc. (“Myers”) has purchased the US assets of M&I Electric Industries, Inc. to form M&I Electric, LLC. The resulting company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Myers and will be based in the Greater Houston area, with a focus on the oil and gas, industrial, and marine markets.

M&I Electric brings a suite of products and services for the power generation; oil, gas, and petrochemical; utilities; and marine markets. Products include power distribution equipment, arc resistant switchgear, automation & control systems, and AC & DC drive systems. Services include field testing, startup and repair of power distribution equipment, automation & control systems, and AC & DC drive systems; engineering studies; circuit breaker repair, retrofit, and refurbishment; and emergency, corrective, and preventive maintenance.

With the addition of M&I Electric, Myers expands its operational footprint to eight locations throughout North America totaling more than 1.5M square feet of ISO-certified manufacturing space.
